Compaq Support

For the past five years I have owned a Compaq desktop computer that I use on a daily basis. I utilize the computer to download and listen to music and to store all of my music files. Another program that I used on a daily basis was for my business. I relied upon my computer for invoicing and keeping track of all of my business contacts. I also use my computer to navigate the internet every day so I needed it to run quickly and efficiently every time that I need it.

Over the past five years, I have encountered a few small problems with my Compaq. Whenever there is something wrong with my computer I contact the Compaq support desk for help. The very first problem that I ever had with my computer was after I had bought a new printer and tried installing it. The computer kept giving me an error message informing me that it couldn't print because it was not recognizing the printer.

When I called the Compaq support desk they assisted me immediately with my problem. One of their operators guided me step by step through the installation of the new printer.

The next problem that I had began when my computer's performance started to deteriorate. I tried downloading songs and it took longer than usual. It took longer to even start up the computer. I started to worry that my computer had something seriously wrong with it.

I decided to contact the Compaq support desk again to see if they could offer any insight as to what could be causing the poor performance of my computer. The operator was unable to provide me with immediate help but suggested that I check to see if my computer was low on Compaq RAM, which was the random access memory that the computer used to store information.

The operator then guided me to find how much memory space that I had taken up. I found the file that basically told me that I had nearly used all of my GBs of storage space that came with the original computer.

The Compaq support operator was happy to suggest ways that I could boost my computer memory after she assured me that the problem would be easy to fix. She explained that I could purchase Compaq RAM upgrades for my specific computer and install them myself.

When I purchased the Compaq RAM it came with simple directions and it was installed into my computer within minutes.
