It is easy to contract spyware from emails and web pages that you visit, so you should always read the terms and conditions before you fill out any forms on websites because it will normally tell you there what information is being stored.

You need to know that there are spyware viruses that will enter your PC and gather information from your internet history, so that they can find out where you have been on the internet and gather all of your personal information like bank details and other sorts of valuable things.

With the amount of spyware that is around you will have to take every precaution possible to make sure that you don't become a victim.
